Warranty Terms

  1. All products purchased from tavagaisma.lv carry the manufacturer’s warranty.
  2. The manufacturer’s warranty period may vary and is typically between two and five years.
  3. Information on the warranty period for a specific product can be found on the product packaging or by contacting a tavagaisma.lv customer consultant.
  4. If the manufacturer’s warranty is less than two years, the consumer has the right to file a claim for non-conformity of the product within 24 months from the date of purchase.
  5. Claims may only be made if the product has been used under its intended conditions.
  6. Legal entities (non-consumers) are entitled only to the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.

To validate the manufacturer’s warranty, the buyer must present:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt, delivery note, or invoice).
  2. The manufacturer’s or distributor’s warranty card (if included).
  3. Information on certified service centers, as provided on the warranty card, product packaging, by calling 27117849, or by emailing info@tavagaisma.lv.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer or user, such as:

  1. Packaging damage.
  2. Use not in accordance with the user manual.
  3. Scratched or broken components, cracked glass, liquid spills, improper cleaning, or unauthorized modifications.
  4. Damage due to incorrect supply voltage, non-compliant cabling, or external factors (dust, moisture, impacts, scratches).
  5. Signs of unauthorized repair.
  6. Defects resulting from natural wear and tear.
  7. Use of non-standard power supplies, accessories, or parts not certified by the manufacturer.
  8. Warranty does not apply to connecting cables, screws, or other accessories.
  9. Use of the product for industrial or professional purposes not intended by the manufacturer.
  10. Damage caused by improper transportation of the product.

If the product is damaged, the buyer may:

  1. Visit the manufacturer or distributor with proof of purchase and the warranty card.
  2. Call 27117849 or email info@tavagaisma.lv, and a tavagaisma.lv consultant will advise you on the best solution.

Complaints & Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Complaints regarding product availability or quality should be sent to info@tavagaisma.lv. We will process them within 15 business days and respond to the address provided.

If you disagree with our response, you may pursue alternative dispute resolution by submitting a written request detailing your name, date, nature of the dispute, and your claims.

Information on Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Please note that consumers have the right to file a claim for non-conforming goods within 24 months from the date of delivery.
