Right of Withdrawal

  1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.
  2. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us—SIA "TavaGaisma", legal address: Pūces iela 15-8, Rīga, LV-1082; phone: 27117849; email: info@tavagaisma.lv—of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal

  1. If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, except delivery costs and any additional costs incurred because you chose a non-standard delivery method. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
  2. You must return the goods to our warehouse at Viskaļu iela 31, Rīga, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw. You may return the goods in person at an agreed time or by courier (arranged by TavaGaisma.lv; courier costs will be deducted from the refund).
  3. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  4. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
  5. During the withdrawal period, you may only handle the goods to the extent necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Please treat the goods as you would in a store: inspect appearance and dimensions, but do not perform any other handling (e.g., do not remove protective film, damage or dispose of original packaging).

  1. You are responsible for the good’s condition and safety during the withdrawal period.
  2. Except for the cases specified in section 11 below, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days, bearing:
    1. The cost of non-standard delivery.
    2. The direct cost of returning the goods (unless otherwise provided).
    3. Any diminished value of the goods if used for purposes other than checking their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

  1. In the cases specified in section 22 of Cabinet Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014, including when goods are personalized, liable to deteriorate rapidly, or their price depends on financial market fluctuations outside the seller’s control.

Complaints will be handled within 14 days of receipt, with a response sent to your provided address.
