General Terms
The relationship between the representative of the website tavagaisma.lv – the company SIA "TavaGaisma" – and the buyer is governed by the general terms and conditions prepared by SIA "TavaGaisma" and the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.
Terms and conditions prepared by SIA "TavaGaisma":
- An order is placed by the person making a purchase in the online store tavagaisma.lv (hereinafter – the Buyer) and the representative of tavagaisma.lv – SIA "TavaGaisma" (hereinafter – the Seller). Placing an order on the website is equivalent to entering into a purchase and sale agreement.
1.1. Placing an order
We accept orders 24/7, and invoices are sent to the Buyer’s email address. The Buyer places an order by adding the product to the cart and clicking “Confirm order”.
The Seller sends an automatic invoice to the email address. The invoice is stored on the tavagaisma.lv server, and registered users can view it under “My profile”.
Before confirming, the Buyer must check the quantity of goods, personal data, and delivery information. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the order.
1.2. Order entering into force
The order enters into force as soon as the purchase amount is credited to the account of SIA "TavaGaisma".
2. Price and payment
Prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. The Buyer pays according to the invoice by transferring funds to the bank account of SIA "TavaGaisma". The Seller may cancel the order if payment is delayed.
2.1. SIA "TavaGaisma" reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
