General Terms and Conditions
The relationship between the representative of the website tavagaisma.lv – the company SIA "TavaGaisma" – and the buyer is governed by the general terms and conditions drawn up by SIA "TavaGaisma" and the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.
Terms and conditions drawn up by SIA "TavaGaisma":
- The order is placed by the person making a purchase in the online store tavagaisma.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and the representative of tavagaisma.lv, i.e., the company SIA "TavaGaisma" (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). Placing an order on the tavagaisma.lv website is equivalent to concluding a purchase and sale agreement.
1.1. Order Placement
Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, and invoices are sent to the email address specified by the Buyer. The Buyer places the order electronically by adding the product to the virtual shopping cart. The order is finalized when the Buyer selects the Confirm Order function.
The Seller sends an automatic invoice for the placed order to the Buyer's email. The invoice displayed on the screen is automatically saved on the tavagaisma.lv server, and registered users will be able to view it in their account on the tavagaisma.lv homepage under "My Profile".
When filling out the order, the Buyer must ensure the correct quantity of entered products, personal data, and all necessary information to ensure the sale and delivery of the products. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of their order.
1.2. Order Validation
The order becomes valid from the moment the respective amount for the purchase on the tavagaisma.lv website is received in SIA "TavaGaisma"'s settlement account.
2. Price and Product Payment
Product prices on the tavagaisma.lv page are indicated in euros. All prices are listed without 21% VAT. The Buyer pays for the products according to the invoice prepared by an employee of SIA "TavaGaisma". The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and invoice if the Buyer does not make the payment within the specified time. The Buyer pays for the products by transferring money to SIA "TavaGaisma"'s settlement account in the specified bank.
2.1 SIA "TavaGaisma" has the right to change prices on the tavagaisma.lv website without prior notice.
